Terms of service
Last updated: 14 October 2026
WebCourtyard is a website creation and hosting service operated by Jedakiah Simonenko. These terms describe the service and your responsibilities when using it. Questions: jedakiah.simonenko@gmail.com.
Using the service
You may use WebCourtyard to create, edit and publish websites and to participate in features offered by their creators. By using the service, you agree to these terms. You must have legal capacity to agree to them or use the service with appropriate permission from a parent or guardian.
Accounts and guests
Google sign-in and browser-bound guest access are supported where offered. Keep your accounts and devices secure. Guest access depends on browser storage and may not be recoverable if that identity is lost. Linking a guest identity to Google can preserve activity, but does not grant administrator rights. Administrators and creators must use their permissions responsibly.
Your content
You retain the rights you hold in content you provide. You give WebCourtyard permission to process, generate, store, host and display that content as needed to provide the features you request. Published content may be visible to the public. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload or publish material, including personal information about other people.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful content or activity, harassment, fraud, impersonation, infringement of others’ rights, or sharing private information without authority. Do not attempt to bypass permissions, interfere with other users’ websites, exploit the service or manipulate participation through automated or deceptive activity. We may restrict content or access where reasonably necessary to respond to abuse, legal requirements or security concerns.
AI-generated websites
AI output can contain errors, incomplete functionality or material requiring permission to use. Review a generated website’s content, behavior, privacy settings and suitability before relying on it or sharing it. WebCourtyard does not guarantee that generated content is accurate, unique or suitable for every purpose. Do not rely on generated output as professional medical, legal or financial advice.
Hosted community features
Website creators are responsible for their event details, moderation and any additional rules they communicate. Participants should submit accurate information and respect those rules. A discussion-topic raffle is a way to select a topic from active votes; it does not provide a monetary prize or a promise of any other reward.
Privacy
Our privacy policy explains the information handled by the platform. Website creators are responsible for any further use of participant information for their own purposes and for providing appropriate notices.
Availability and changes
Features may change, and interruptions or errors can occur. Keep copies of material important to you. We may change or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where practical. If a paid feature is introduced, its price and applicable payment terms will be provided before purchase; these terms alone do not authorize a charge.
Responsibility
You are responsible for your own content, use of the service and decisions made from generated output. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer rights.
Contact and updates
Contact jedakiah.simonenko@gmail.com for support, complaints or questions. Revised terms will be published here with an updated date, with additional notice where appropriate for material changes.
